Pork is only available in the fall. The “natural” course of pig reproduction is to have the piglets in the spring. We like to follow this natural course. Thus, the piglets grow in the early spring and thru the summer. They are generally ready to harvest in the fall using this natural course.
Our goal is to provide you with the very best in every aspect. We will not compromise these goals. You can taste the results of our promise and commitment.
