Lamb is sold only in the early spring. For a pasture-raised animal to have the highest nutritional density and to achieve maximum eating enjoyment, it must be harvested off of our best grasses. Here in North Alabama our best grass is our springtime grass.
Our goal is to provide you with the best in every aspect. We will make no compromises in achieving these goals.
We strive to have lamb available before Easter. However, seasons are never as planned. We will only harvest the lamb after they have had sufficient time to graze on our lush green spring grass.
