We only harvest beef in the late spring and sometimes in late fall (depending on the summer/fall grass growth). For a grass-fed animal to be the most nutritionally dense and achieve the maximum in eating enjoyment, it must be harvested off of our best grasses.
Notice that we gave a general time when the beef would be ready (late spring) and not a date. We let nature dictates when beef is ready.
Our goal is to provide you with the very best in every aspect. We will not compromise these goals. You can taste the results of our promise and commitment.
